Should Russia be condemned if they don't defend themselves from the UK? The UK is currently self-destroying, and Russia seems to have a successful long term strategy that's helping the process. Still would be nice to see hypersonics hitting military targets in the UK and EU.

Naw. I wouldn't say Russia should be condemned for not aggressively defending itself, but it would certainly be justified using the same reasoning that Israel has used to go after Iran for supplying Yemen and Hezbollah with missiles.
