The whole undercurrent of the article, if you read it, is that Israel may not be able to prevent Iran from getting the bomb. That is the hinge. Because with the bomb Iran can use nuclear blackmail to shut down the US led international system.
You guys could have saved yourselves a decade of spamming about j0oz just by understanding geopolitics. The US has the Middle East riddled with bases for a reason: to control the oil, to cut off China, whatever, if they want. Iran with nukes can nuke the US if it closes the spigot with the Strait of Hormuz and the US attacks. Simple as. But Trump, if left with a choice, would rather Israel bomb than him having to do it. For obvious political reasons that countervail Zionist interests. Now he's stuck with the problem that Israel's weapons don't have the power to bomb far enough into the ground.

Of course Israel cannot prevent Iran from getting the bomb. Certainly not by itself. Iran's nuclear facilities cannot be struck by Israel. They don't have the aircraft needed to carry a bomb that could even shake, much less destroy, Iran's nuclear facilities.
The US can. With nukes or the bunker busters that can be carried by the b52's that were recently moved to Deigo Garcia, which is just outside of Iran's reach.
Now, even then, the US can only slow Iran getting a nuke because the experience and technical capabilities aren't destroyed in an attack. But the nuclear weapons isn't the issue in Iran. Israel wants a regime change. It doesn't matter if Iran can make a nuke or not. Israel couldn't give one fuck about Iran having a nuke. Israel wants a friendly government in Iran that will suck jew dick on demand, just like they have here in the US.
Muh oil prices! Lol. Fuckin' dumb. The US can always produce our own oil. We have enough to last more than 100 years and the current prices would fluctuate between $100-$150 a barrel, if they just closed the international market. Even less if we used a NAU market with Mexico and Canada.
Nukes are very much THE issue for the United States. It's the only issue even as a nuclear armed Iran is a threat to the American empire. Oil use by the US is perhaps even less the issue than it having unchallenged supremacy in controlling its access. As of now it has that. A nuclear Iran challenges that.
Conversely, obviously Israel wants to overthrow the Iranian government. Just like they preferred Saddam gone. Both regimes assisted or assist revolutionary groups resisting Israel. I think it pretty plain that Bibi chose NOW to strike though because his country is polarized and his government is in danger of falling. Strictly a wag the dog aggression to distract attention from domestic problems and try to unite Israelis behind him against a foreign adversary. Not a new gambit or idea. It's an old trick of course.
Nigger, you're retarded. Iran does not have a nuclear weapons program and not trying to get a nuclear weapons program. This is about nothing other than regieme change in Iran for the benefit of filthy fuckin jews in Israel. It wasn't about nukes with Gaddafi and Libya. It wasn't about nukes with Assad and Syria. They tried to make it about nukes with Saddam and Iraq and lied their ass off about it. Now, it's Iran and they are lying their ass off about that, too. They want regieme change. Nothing less. There is no compromise that Iran could accept to prevent the regieme change being sought by Israel.
And, you say it's obvious that Israel wants a regieme change. So, thanks for acknowledging that Israel is lying about their reason for their aggression. Israel doesn't get to decide who runs other countries and they don't get to murder millions in that effort either. They are scum of the fucking earth as is anyone who knowingly supports what they are doing.
