Any judge that blocks a presidential xo should automatically be investigated for politically motivated subversion. If it is determined that that judge used their power to block a lawful executive order, they should spend the rest of their life in a jail for traitors like gitmo.
In theory the powers granted to an executive should only come from the electorate, and not then be used in reverse to shape the electorate. That is, individual states should ensure citizenship responsibly.
In practice there are rogue states which refuse to do that, to the deliberate detriment of all, and to which the (immediate) solution is separation.
Separation also solves over 9000 other things, most importantly the absolutely cruel system of making people vote against their ideological opposition. This'll get attacked due to being impractical to have an entire set of infrastructure per ideology, but we really just need two for normal and commie, and in practice the latter probably fails (they're not allowed access to the former though, they have to fuck off and figure it out).
Nobody has the balls to do what needs to be done. The Turner Diaries is a wet dream, but only fiction. I don't believe Whites will do what needs to be done. I can say that the Reich will rise again, but we keep seeing shit like this happen, and we never hear of these tyrant bastards getting what they deserve.

Thank god Trump is refusing to use his senate or house majority to pass a single official law to help the people. And is ONLY using EO’s because he knows they’ll get shut down. Thank god

Casper also noted that, when it comes to citizenship, “there is no dispute (nor could there be) that U.S. citizenship is required to vote in federal elections and the federal voter registration forms require attestation of citizenship.”Casper also cited arguments made by the states that the requirements would “burden the States with significant efforts and substantial costs” to update procedures.
'Reeee, i'm not disagreeing, it's common sense everyone voting in federal elections be a citizen - its just an unfair burden on States to make sure and check.' WTF !!.
