Did another experiment in controlled drinking. Successful control, but garbage aftereffects lasting days including shit attitude and being less handsome

From guiness! The lightest beer. I didn't even feel drunk, just shitty and then stayed shitty. Tried again. Same result. What a drag. I finally learn to drink responsibly and it sucks.

I announced on day 3: "it isnt depression its just everything sucks!" Then after a sober day i feel apologetic but someone had a dream that i locked myself in the bathroom and kept saying "No not today." Two days of being garbage and people absorb it.

I'm no expert, aside from being an alcoholic, but there is no controlled drinking. My brother quit after I did, and drinks non alcoholic beer, which seems like an equally bad idea.

My main control is that I get headaches from it. If it wasn't for the headaches I probably wouldn't control it.

The best day of life was the day I had my last drink.

I switched to "controlled drinking" a few months ago. Just means choosing something other than alcohol to drink. Was planning on having two beers on Wednesday night, but ended up not going out. Meh, maybe I'll have a couple later this month. Or maybe not. I'll probably order a bottle of wine with my next grocery order.

The thing about stopping or limiting alcohol consumption is you just stop or limit it. I've had one or two alcohols in the past month and am no worse off for the deprivation.
