I'm also waiting for the pandemic of meat related cancer deaths.

Acrylamide is not added to the beverage or listed on labels, but forms at high temperatures during the roasting process.

Google searched the title and grabbed this before their popup popped up. People who drink burned coffee probably deserve their cancer. Same thing happens in fried potatoes too.

It's been months since I've had coffee. This was a Lapsang Souchong morning, though usually Assam is the way to start.

It's the high temperature in frying that causes Acrylamide to form when you brown them. Also if they start sprouting they're becoming poisonous. If they turn green from sunlight they become poisonous. Just being cold alone is okay, but watch for sprouting.

I'd become a tea smuggler, but not for less than $10,000 per hour, and I still have a half pound or so left.
