It's an old trick that began with pics and vids of the HOLODOMOR being used as hollowcost footage...and then there's the popular image of the "hollowcost reminder" where emaciated displaced people were standing outside the border fence of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, totally deceiving by the TIMES.
