I too think this is the correct course of action. These are paid rioters that are being let to destroy the cities, where no normal people live anyway. Let them all die.

If shit spreads out to the countryside, where food is produced, then it's time to do something about it. Until them, let the city folk die. Just a bunch of whores and soyboys there anyways.
