This makes me think of the school system here in the county I live in. There are two different factions in the school system. When one side is in control of the system they fire a bunch of people from the other side. Then when the other side gets control they rehire them all back, with raises of course, and fire a bunch from the first side. It goes back and forth over and over. The losers are the students. We homeschool for several different reasons.
