Kennedy guts CDC's vaccine panel of independent experts

The 17 members of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s independent vaccine advisory committee are being removed from their posts, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said Monday afternoon.

Kennedy announced the change in an editorial in The Wall Street Journal, claiming that the “committee has been plagued with persistent conflicts of interest and has become little more than a rubber stamp for any vaccine.”

These "independent" experts didn't seem very independent. We're supposed to cry about them getting fired?

Yeah I don't think they were independent at all. That was the whole point they were all beholden to the damn pharmaceutical companies.


I wonder if them coming out and continuing to recommend the MRNA vaccine was one of the reasons he decided to do it.

Didn't they just come out and recommend that people take an mRNA flu vaccine like last month?
