I say we let them protest, and not have any requirements for permits, but if one window is broken, a helicopter door gunner should empty a belt of .30 can into the parasite(s) he thinks broke the window. Collateral damage is 100% OK, and he will not face any consequences. Maybe we can issue a commendation if the troops want that more than anonymity.
