With a mile wide buffer zone along the southern border, firing positions could be build on our side and rented out to groups and individuals interested in taking the fight to the illegals, while having a fun outing at the same time. Costs of renting each firing position could be based on bids, with target rich sections raising a lot of funds and pretty much self-curing.
