So youtube recommended me to watch a "RO water bad mmk goy?" video and I decided wtf I'll watch. Despite being bias for the globohomo agenda it made a good scientific point. RO water does not contain salt, and without red blood cells shrivel or something like that.
Shortly later I found that salt is one of the electrolytes.
Shortly after that I started having heart issues (btw I've been drinking nothing but RO for over 10 years). In particular low blood pressure and "beat skips". I looked this up, and it appeared to be kinda maybe possibly related to the effects RO water could have, in particular the effects of being without salt in the water.
Later I was recommended a video about lifting supplements and particular protein. It was convincing enough so I just looked on amazon for lifting suplements. Immediately it showed electrolyte supplements for water. I thought hmm why would that be needed for lifting, maybe worth a thought about getting.
So then it just crossed my mind relating all of those, hey what exactly are the main elements missing in RO. Looked it up - calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium. Then I thought hmm what are the main elements those electrolyte packets are giving. You guessed it - calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium.
Cracked the code brothers! Enjoy better fuller living with a big FUCK YOU to the globo homo!
I agree. The main benefit of RO / home distilled water is you know 100% none of the globohomo bullshit is it. The second you're adding supplement whatever you don't know what's in it anymore.
However electrolytes appears to have lifting benefits, and are indeed otherwise good for you and taken out of RO / Distilled, and I maybe have an electrolyte related heart issue at the moment that at least needs tried out.
So I'm guessing I'm going to be looking for the most trustful electrolyte supplement I can get to try out..
Personal confession. I’ve been on a pure carnivore diet for a long time. What I mean is I don’t eat any carbohydrates, ever. It’s been years since I ate a piece of bread, I have but I didn’t like it. My point is, I have suffered some electrolyte imbalance. Mostly potassium, I can feel it when I’m close.

If you are missing those trace elements, it is because of diet, not water.
This is a common scare tactic used, probably by the filthy kike zogbots, to get people to drink tap water.
If you do the math on water itself, the amount of trace elements in "tap" water is so small that it won't affect any bit of body chemistry - like nanograms per glass, compared to the recommended amounts of milligrams.
Every one of those trace elements comes from food.
Here's the question: when you add the electrolyte package, does it taste the same as the pure water? I'm going to guess not, and that means the quantities of chemicals added are a million times stronger than what would even be in the "tap" water - and this proves nothing is gained through the water itself.
I really wish more people would learn this kike trick.
Here's how I found that (((science))) is tricking people into avoiding purified water:
When de-ionized water (almost 100% purely formed H2O molecules with as few radical ions as possible) is used, the surrounding materials "leach" chemicals into the water, which (((science))) then concludes that there is a deficiency of "nutrition" for the water.
Of course, all this testing was done on standard materials, like metals and plastics. The chemical stripping by the water is just natural corrosion - but enhanced because the water molecules without any radical ions to begin with are just looking for ions to play with, and that means the water strips some ions from the container.
The human body has so many free ions that nothing needs to be "stripped away" by the water, and the human body is also a buffered system, meaning there is a reserve of chemicals just waiting for this exact situation.
Any water intake contains a lower concentration of ions/minerals compared to what is currently in the body, and the natural processes have adapted to this over thousands of years of water intake of all kinds.
Drinking the purest water and eating well will actually clean out the zogbot chemicals that are designed to kill us all.
I think you have it backwards. By drinking the RO or distilled, you are drinking pure water. Supplement with spring water for trace elements if you like. A natural, healthy diet will take care of any deficiencies from not drinking natural sourced water. And for fucks sake don’t drink fluoride.
Further supplements should be taken on professional advisement, but…. My hack goat advice is a lot of G, D, and A…. Combine those chords and you have AC/DC back in black, and probably 600 other songs…
