I didn't know it was a minimum.

I fought 3 cops a few years ago. Probably one of the dumber things I've done. Even though the process is the punishment, it is still better to take the fight to court. I say this from my experience.

It's a long story leading up to everything. I can explain that in more detail later. Anyways my ex was mad at me, called the cops and lied about an altercation that took place earlier between us. I wasn't listening to the phone call, so I had no idea why they were so belligerent when they arrived to arrest me. And I never knew until weeks later when I read the police report, while locked up.

Anyways they showed up screaming my name. I was upstairs, I called back to let them know where I was. They told me me to meet them at the top of the stairs, which was a strategic mistake on their part.

I met them at the top the stairs (11 stairs), they were standing on the stairs 2 or 3 from the top. They began screaming at me to get on my fucking face and put my hands behind my head. I was confused as to why they wanted to arrest me. So I wasn't complying with anything they were ordering me to do. Eventually cop1 shot me with a taser, I ripped the wires out, cop2 shot me with a taser, I ripped those wires out, cop3 shot me with his taser and missed. I kicked cop1 into cop2. They fell down the stairs. They got up and rushed me. I kicked them both down the stairs again.

Cop3 somehow snuck up behind me at the top of the stairs. He put me in a headlock. I broke out of it and hit him in the neck, since he touched my neck. Cop1 and 2 were back up and screaming at 3 to hit me with the baton. I took about 10-15 hits. They were aimed at me head, but I blocked each one with my forearm. It hurt like fuck. I eventually gave up at this point, because I sensed further escalation would lead to being shot by their firearms.

I don't entirely regret it. But apparently when I hit cop3 he was hospitalized shortly after and required surgery. So that set me back $25,000 in restitution.

Every cop in the land needs to die. There are no good cops.

Hold on a minute. The guy didn't commit a crime he was driving under the speed limit and he got pulled over. Unless there's a minimum speed limit then he wasn't committing a crime and the police can't pull him over and they cannot ask him for his identification unless they can articulate a crime that he was committing and then he must provide his identification so the man is correct. And the man is also entitled to be as angry as he wants to be because he's having his day interrupted by a policeman who is acting outside of the scope of the law. I don't need to watch more than 3 minutes of this to see that whatever happens after that is because of an illegal stop by the police officer.
