Idiot with a semi truck tire

Got this fucking neighbor who is definitely a crossfitter dumbass. He takes a giant front wheel of a truck tire and rolls it up my hill 2-3 times per day or so.

If that tire gets away from him, it will definitely kill someone, multiple people. I can't fivd any laws or what the hell it would be called to to this shit.

I want to tell this stupid fuck what you're doing is fucking stupid, but he's obviously too stupid to realize it.

Yeah he's not flipping it, he's rolling it up and then rolling it down on edge, so if he trips or hits a rock, this tire also looks balanced so it will fly downhill.

The bonks were pretty impactful to the individuals, but no insides on the outside, no fountains of blood, no pregnant women turned into wet smears on the pavement.
