How did the person die? That would be my question. If the person died of a drug overdose would it be that far-fetched to suggest one last flash of brain activity brought on by various chemicals throughout the body.

Paul Hogan who played crocodile Dundee used to work in a morgue. And part of his job was cutting open their stomach and packing their insides with cloth. And he said a lot of times that you'd be sitting in the morgue and one of the bodies would just sit up.

By the way that sound he makes that s*** should be used in horror movies he should sell that sound.

Yeah .. when I was on burial duty after action during the Vietnam War, as I tossed one enemy combatant's body into a shallow grave as was done in similar circumstances at that time, he too made a groaning sound ..
