The next day on August 22, 1992 FBI sniper Lon Horiuchi fired two shots from 200 yards away, conflicting accounts say Randy Weaver was hit in the arm and that family friend Kevin Harris was wounded.
That Horiuchi's next bullet killed Vicki Weaver and her infant daughter precipitating an 11 day standoff, Harris and Randy Weaver later surrendered both were acquitted of murder, conspiracy and other federal charges .. My own gut feeling is the whole issue was contrived, and that there has been a hoax / False Flag element at play since day 1. Weaver should have been anticipating a visit from lawmen for failing to appear, and when he became aware they were on his doorstep he should have had the dog chained up, and made sure his son was not gonna fire.
Which is what he did, Sammy Weaver started it all it is well known officers of the law shoot aggressive dogs, so the tenor of the piece suggests you totally ignore court orders, despite the US justice system requires court orders and court appearances to work .. and when Sheriff's officers turn up you sool the dog onto 'em, and when they respond in the usual way you kill 'em.

As i understand it, LE where surveilling the property and a task force was creeping through the trees in an attempt to waylay members of the Family, until they were discovered by the family dog barking at them.
