These courts are constantly being told that they're wrong. The president is the head of State. He, exclusively, sets foreign policy.

The appeals court has already shot down the federal trade courts ruling and reinstated the tarrfis. I don't know why you'd have a problem with a higher court reviewing lower court decisions to slap down activist judges. They call the trade court a bipartisan court, but if both sides of the aisle want globalism, they will make bad decisions in a bipartisan way.
