Not just housing, but all resources. Next to housing, the biggest expenses for any family are food, clothing and healthcare, all of which are rising faster than incomes. There is no world where just having babies reduces the cost of things.

The White population has been shrinking globally for decades. Not as a proportion, but in absolute numbers. As a percentage, we're such a small fraction we could start reproducing at 10x replacement value and never exceed any other race's global population before the next ice age.
There are demographics which need to stop reproducing alright, but none of them are Whites.
Overpopulating is a less than desirable response to smaller percentages. It guarantees the ruination of our biome. "Yay, now as many of us are having a shitty life as they are!"
A more rational response would be to reduce their percentages by elimination, not by matching their excesses. Our world could be like a paradise if it were only inhabited by currently existing White people. It would definitely need massive remediation to restore the blight of cities and support infrastructure for the current overpopulation.
I don't know what we could do about the apparently uncontrollable inclination to destroy our own biome that also possesses many Whites.
The point is White populations stabilize according to resource availability, and White culture works to expand said availability. Shitskins just engage in exponential growth like every other nonhuman animal.
