There is a higher likelihood that a stripper will be open to prostitution. That is, if they monetize one type of performance they are more likely than the general population to monetize sexual performance.

Frankly, there are plenty of chicks that give it away for free.

Prostitution is like buying bottled water. You can get it for free elsewhere but purchasers are basically just paying for the presentation.

Presentation and skill are certainly part of it, but mostly a man is paying a prostitute to leave when they're done. A woman pays a prostitute to bolster her ego (assuming she even pays as there is a history of women refusing to pay male prostitutes after services have been rendered).

This is true. Read an article written by a male prostitute, and one of the requests he gets most often is for the female client to verify they ejaculated into the condom. Women hire prostitutes to feel desirable. Men hire prostitutes because they already know they are undesirable.

Stripping implies a public exposure, hence prostitution aka offering publicly what was given privately. That being said...dancing implies solicitation to music, hence giving self up to an offer.
