He needs to grab control of Ukraine immediately and go right to the western edge of Ukraine and if that takes Nuka new crane to do it then he needs to do it and then he needs to put Russian troops right on the border of Ukraine and he needs to say if anybody attacks us from any of these other countries there's no longer a Ukraine to pretend that it's coming from. He just needs to say if you attack us we're going to attack you with everything you got so be ready.
