It's not the fault of the establishment selling the goods or services. The payment processor apps include methods to implement tips and the establishment using the system can't really do anything about it.

Not true. They set up the payment processor and can set the suggested tip % and whether or not to ask for a tip.

Tip fatigue is real. The only legitimate tips are ones you only give occasionally when you get exemplary service, and 100% of the tip goes straight to the recipient as a gift. Outside that, they're all illegitimate.

A 5 to 10% pre-tip can be enough to encourage a shopper to choose your order sooner. (and/or not think you're a cheap jerk while they're choosing your products) Pretty much $10 max though.
