If all you need is video stored to an SD card, this should be fine. If you need/want wifi and access from your phone then probably want to go with a more reputable company and pay extra. Beware that online access/ storage will probably cost a yearly fee

Do these operate on your local network or are you forced to use some shady chinese server that will shut down in a couple of years?
