I'm pretty sure it was Reagan who got rid of the usury laws that used to prohibit excessive interest rates on debt including credit cards and that's when credit card interest rates went 20 and 30% and they started lending to people that were no way worthy of having credit in order to trap those people. Then of course Bush came along and he made it much harder to escape the predatory lender is with bankruptcy.

When you really look at what Reagan did if you define conservatism as maintaining the cultural and legal norms that kept the white European Christian society going through the 1950s and maintaining the Constitution Reagan was not conservative at all. When he was governor he went against the second amendment. He also gave permanent legal status to a whole bunch of illegals which turned California from a very conservative Republican state to a permanent Democrat majority. He got rid of the usury laws. He really did the Jewish agenda which is not really surprising when you understand that it was the Jew that completely controlled Reagan from the time he was b grade actor to getting him made to be head of the actors Union and having him make a deal with the producers that sold out the Union to the Jewish producers at United artists at United artists to the time they pushed him for the presidency because Nixon and others were cracking down on Jewish control of the media.

Someone hinted at capping interest at 10%. When's he going to make that happen? I say the cap should be 4%. That is a safe and fair interest rate in the economy right now. That would also motivate people to pay off debt and starve the goblins.

The crazy thing is that all NATO countries are using US credit cards. Only Russia and China have their own independent credit cards.

Those damn companies and American Express get a huge percentage of everything you spend through them. Even if they're used as debit cards.
