Really basic flight instruction says keep your wings at least partially horizontal because they only produce vertical left when they're in the horizontal position.
This crash was a direct result in failure of leadership. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the plane. A similar crash occurred in Alaska with a C-17 practicing for an airshow. Nothing wrong with the jet, just a failure in leadership.
Well I would say it's a failure and basic flight instruction knowing that you can't turn too sharply and you must have your wings at least partially horizontal to produce any vertical lift at all. And if it wasn't flight instruction then it was following basic flight practices by the pilots.
