Well considering a chatbot can get it expert level answers on just about any subject I think it's probably in the 300 range now. I mean sort of off the charts there be no comparison to a real human anymore. Yeah it might make a few mistakes but that doesn't equal out the incredible level of intelligence on all subjects better house now.
If intelligence is only measured by repeating stored information, it's a mixed bag because they hallucinate details.
If intelligence is measured by reciting stored information at a rate of speed, hands down they would be high up there.
But if intelligence is a measure of the ability to accurately synthesize information and problem solve, my experience is that typical chatbots perform very poorly. The performance still looks to be above the average of the population though, which suggests IQ above 100 if this is our measure of intelligence.
(None of this necessarily speaks to the performance of higher end chatbots)
