Windows has a photo app pre installed and doesnt have stand alone built in email capability (that was what part of the anti trust lawsuit over media player and internet explorer was about in the early 00s and extended to office and email clients.

Heres a protip - windows own built in firewall will protect you from anything... unless you override it, and unless you have it disabled and download dodgy shit to a quarantine folder it will straight up delete the file. Hell i even have to fuck around with cheat engine because games publishers demand cheat software is labelled as 'root kit' - same thing with KMS (key management services which activates windows and office .. which you dont need to do anymore as you can get legit keys for both for stand alone offline clients for about $5 a pop now.
