If you are still a U.S. Citizen, then the U.S. Embassy there is required to assist you. Have you contacted them, and if so are they actively denying to assist you?

So get into the U.S. and begin your legal fight there. If you still have the 80% disability status then you can get by hopefully while safely inside the U.S.

What does it mean that you were "adjudicated by a probate court in Larimer County, Colorado"? Were you charged or convicted of some sort of crime in your absence?

I need legal help to:
• Retrieve and challenge the court documents
• Reverse the adjudication
• Return to the U.S. and start rebuilding

I'd guess it would be massively harder to attempt from Ecuador. You could likely get the documents without much trouble or cost. But you'll need a good US attorney with court access to go further.

I don't know what the 'safety' issue is, but you probably need to return to the US to deal with this. In the meantime, search variations of "find an attorney for my type of case" to maybe make an initial contact and get more info.

But recently, I discovered something that shattered my world: in 2019, a judge in Larimer County, Colorado, secretly adjudicated me for mental health reasons through probate court—without my knowledge, consent, or presence.

AI says someone tried to commit you. I sure wouldn't come back to the US. I would fight this over Zoom.
