First when I saw his picture, he looked like an orthodox conservative. But when he talks on TV, he has this huge creepy, freaky vibes. I think he is MK Ultra mind controlled, or similar.

I noticed and he and former director of the FBI James Comey both have girls eyelashes. It's very distinctive and weird.

Politicians are known to wear stage makeup at times. But assuming it isn't makeup:

It's the colour of blue in his eyes that really emphasizes the darkness of his eyelashes.

I've seen plenty of Polish descent with that combination. Not a female vs male thing, it's an ethnic thing.
