I'm sorry to tell this guy but negroes don't succeed without any special considerations. There is that .1 of 1% that have the abilities to reach potential, but the rest rely on gov't jobs of the fed, state, and county. The sad thing is that all affirmative action does is put incompetent negroes in positions that they have no right to be in.
