Entrepreneurs in New York travel to Georgia to buy tons of cartons of cigarettes (markup of around $50/carton) from QT and other places and resell them on the streets…guy from QT said menthols were the most in demand…they buy hundreds of cartons whole here and drive back and forth all week…. Thousands of $$$ per week.. New York created this by taxing cigarettes so high…

I'd never smuggle to sell but I definitely buy my own gas and cigs in Missouri since I'm close to the border. Same reason; much lower taxes.

WV to MD is the highest gradient. Just a quick hop over the border. You probably have to go a little deeper in to MD because the immediate neighbors probably drive into WV and buy bulk. I know the area. Most beautiful while simultaneously poor area I've ever seen. The nature is magnificent.
