In a couple generations there will be no memory of the past talked about, everything will be in the over stimulated now, the "peak of man". I had trouble laughing for a while, perhaps due to depression related to grief.
You know what seemed to fix that? A hard mushroom trip. I was laughing like a maniac during the trip, and years later, I'm still able to laugh at funny shit.
I didn't realize how much I missed the feeling of laughter. It was almost painful to do it again, like it's a muscle that atrophied and needed physical therapy to get back into shape.
My wife says I rarely laugh. A lot of times I'll just smile and say "that's pretty funny" but I guess I don't really laugh. Probably just overly cynical.
Almost all of them are on anti anxiety meds, SRRI’s, ADHD meds, anti depressants, or a combo of all of them. Not to mention fully vaxxed and clotshot boosted. Not to mention full of soy and red dye #4, Not to mention likely sexually groomed by their guidance counselor……
