I cannot figure out for the life of me how Springsteen ever made it out of the bar scene. He can’t play the guitar worth a shit- nothing but bar-chords and 3 note progressions. Most of his songs are in the same key- which would make an entire live show basically one painfully long 3 chord song. His voice is fucking awful and not in any particular key (even worse than Dylan’s awful voice…). He doesn’t write his own music (to be fair, most don’t anymore)… He passionately hates capitalism yet makes millions selling merchandise, off of royalties, and selling tickets…. He hates 2/3 of his own country as well as his race…..

I can go to one of dozens of bars on the beach within walking distance from my house and see musicians with exponentially more talent playing music they wrote themselves (or covering songs the greasy, pasty white (or lobster red) tourists throw money at them to play)…

The average 4th grader could write Springsteens crap. There is no remaking any of his songs that would be an improvement over the original. There is one exception on not being able to remake and improve upon Springsteen's work.
Manfred Mann's Earth Band did a cover of "Blinded by the Light" in 1976 which was pretty awesome.
BbL originally appeared on Springsteen's debut album "Greetings from Asbury Park NJ" in 1971. The album didn't do all that well, and Springsteen's cover of it was pretty bad, IMO.
Manfred Mann took the song and ran with it. In fact it is the only song credited to Springsteen that ever hit number #1 - and it was sang by somebody else!
I've seen a lot of unknown, struggling musicians much more talented than the mainstream wealthy ones. All that matters is spreading your ass open for diseased, mutilated jewdick.
This goes double for acting- a skill that anyone can do as well as the most famous actors.
