Not likely, they do. Germany is the best example. They say no to Nuke power, yet import tonns of it from the surrounding countires. (at a premium) They totally sort their trash, but burn most of it in the same furnace. They go "green" by destroying large woods to set up no recyclable windmills that underperform and are dismantled to left rot in some fill for 10.000 years. Windmills that need tons of oil and diesel if yet again a deadline to connect them was missed. But hey atlest they get to really produce some power in the summer..too much power so they need to pay the very same countires they import nuke power from to take that pesky over production off their hands.
So you see they not only outsorucing the polloution, they make you pay twice to do so.
