100% transparent, and far too late. He is only attempting to shed his Anti-White America history, and past policies to try to run in 2028.

One needs only to recall that Newsom didn't give a fuck about the homeless until the Chinese Communists made a high level visit to San Franshitsco. Then he cleaned up the problem in 1-2 weeks... and then intentionally allowed to to relapse.

everyone seems to forget those homeless are usually drug spiraled locals that lost their homes to democrat-supported illegals and investment groups like blackrock.

40% of the US homeless population is in California alone. And a lot of them are out of staters. Any real analysis has to start there.

The red state South is even worse. There you're dealing with niggers underfoot, stifling humidity, and cops that effectively criminalize homelessness. Plus the average conservative thinks he's hairy chested by calling for crackdowns on 'bums'. These people are aggressive useful idiots for the bourgeois system and lifestyle, effectively seeing it as the only valid mode of being. Doesn't help that many of these types function as class enemies themselves, often being business or land owners, or investors, with vested interests in the status quo, and keeping the business first American economy propped up.
