I have some qualms about his name, Meyer, but if he is controlled opposition almost every article i searched is against him and his group, including the jews SPLC. In the case of HAARP, I'd tend to suspend disbelief until it's disproven. In the case of Doppler, I'd need some decent evidence to encourage belief.
