My trouble with females in my work is not their mean levels, I can handle it just fine, doesnt bother me. If she's my boss I seek different sort of approval, a technical one, not a personal one. Persons matter very little to me in this state of mind, which is factually "how I work". It just is.

With a male, I can always cut down to the bone, and regardless of our opinions about each other, I can show him, this is what has to happen and we can concur. A female however always seems to want to personalize the thing with her touch. This is bad. In engineering , you do not touch things just to touch them.

I have a nontechnical, blue collar example too from my youth. When I was waiting tables back in the day, we got this new manager, fat black lady. Now, I dont need her for one goddamn thing during my day, EXCEPT, table 3 changed their drink order so I gotta void a drink, now I need her card. This should be simple, I go get her, tell her and she voids it, simple. FUUUUUCK no, now we gotta stand by the terminal for 2 hours while she tries to figure out life. I quit that job because of her, not because she made me angry, but because everytime I had to change a drink order, I got chest pains from the anxiety of having to deal with her.
