This is very very smart. Basically while all the Western countries are turned into non-western immigrant Havens by the Jews Putin who's Russia actually needs more European because they have a population problem like everybody else is telling all the white people from all the white countries basically that they can come to Russia and repopulate in Russia. Very smart.
