The best way to increase your odds of winning is to live in niggerville. If you'd prefer a tornado death instead, you'd have to move to a place where tornadoes happen. Same with hurricanes. If dying in a car fire sounds better to you, driving or riding in a motor vehicle on a highway is going to increase your odds of winning to above 0.
