When the school system, taxpayer, settles with the parents of that child, they can BUY the best homeschooling supplies/programs and incidentals that money can buy.
Sending your kids to a school with blacks is child abuse. It doesn't matter what you have to do to home school or move to a different district, but that should be your top priority.
