-advice is is that if a parent in this area has had their child touched and they wanted to know if a report got filed, they should ask the BPD directly not the school. these will be misfiled as information only or something else but not a sexual assault

Thank you.", though they ask you don't spam it with vague "i heard this or read this". direct reports and witnesses only, dates, times, name, etc
-one buffalo school system employee threatened to break the phone of an auditor and "destroy more fucking evidence"
-one teacher admitted in an interview there is a culture of "downplaying" incidents since he started there.
-one principal is already being investigated via FOIA request, from a tipoff through the email.
-the proof in an email with MANY incriminating details including that the buffalo school district explicitly tried to hide evidence DURING THE INVESTIGATION.
