Why?

prevents the problem from solving itself

There are many ODs at festivals and parties from people being unwillingly drugged, from a fentanyl laced joint to spiking ones drink.
I’ve personally seen it.

The staff at the events I work either have narcan, or know exactly where it is at all times.

Judgement of someone is above my pay grade. Maybe they will learn from mistakes.
Except niggers…

you make a good point

1st amendment:

it is allowable to use narcan, when applicable, to resuscitate victims of poisoning

its easy to tell if theyre a tweaker or not look at their fingers tweakers have tweaker fingernails and fingers. also their face will be fucked up weird looking.

Look, I agree with you, in part. Yes, if people are stupid enough to OD, why not just let them die? There's a very high chance they'll do it again, anyway.

But if it WAS a crime, the only people being arrested would be other citizens who are just trying to stop their kids from literally watching someone DIE on their way to drop them off at school or pick them up after work.

I have some close friends out there in that nightmare, and he showed me that he has spare cans of Narcan just as a precaution. He's only had to use one once, but it's still worse than many people think actually living out there in the madness.

Don't make your friends into your enemies by convincing everyone else that morality is a one-way street.

theyre gonna die and someone is gonna watch at some point anyway its just passing on that problem to someone else while the drug addict causes misery in the interim

You're better off passing laws allowing people to shoot them then passing laws banning Narcan use.

make it mandatory and offer bounties

What convinced him that living out there in the madness is the ideal life? That should ordinarily be a really tough sell.

Family history. His great grandfather lived and died out there. He doesn't want to leave his family home.

If he's willing to accept the consequences, it doesn't have to make sense to anyone else.

Out where?

Mayhaps these "other citizens" should consider just what sort of additional message(s) they are sending "their kids" via such actions? Because to kiddies, actions speak far louder than words, and stick in the mind waaaay longer.

I've seen videos of cops that had touched fent or inhaled or something during a search and went out, and they got the narcan to save them.

Gonna tell ya something you'll love.

Narcan parties. Users get together and get as high as possible then narcan each other back to life.

Should we encourage alcoholics to quit drinking? How is that different?

[ - ] PuddinTame 1 point 11 hoursMay 3, 2025 17:36:30 ago (+1/-0)

The difference is between encouraging the positive choices and enabling the negative ones. Encouraging vs enabling. Idiots at frat parties like to drink themselves into a stupor...should alcohol poisoning first aid kits be mandatory at every frat, sorority, and Spring Break venue?

My friend’s family found their cousin with two spent injections of narcan. He was a smart fellow troubled with heroin addiction.

It is a damn shame that he was given fentanyl unknowingly. And a damn shame to see a blue-eyed Norwegian blood succumb to the nigger life.

I blame the niggers, kikes, and gooks. May at least one of each die for taking this Nordic fellow.
