Waiving the use of your toes doesn't eliminate their existence. You just don't get the benefit of them unless you use them. Nobody will advocate for you the way you advocate for yourself.
I fully expect to see this being used by unscrupulous bankers and financiers to kick people out of their homes upon foreclosure without processing them through a formal eviction.
