Rather than look at the whole city you really have to look at neighborhoods. And you can't be sure that the white neighborhood is going to be less crime because the black kids come up from the black neighborhoods to rob people in the white neighborhoods cuz they're the ones that have the money.

Not sure how much we can trust these statistics anymore. So many people are trying to manipulate so much for dei purposes and trying to make black people look better in white people worse than they're calling Hispanics wide and they're doing this that and the other and they're under reporting crime so I don't know how much we can trust after this stuff. One thing we do know however is that Memphis is a very dangerous s*** hole

Avoid the California coast. It's awful here, and weird. Plus, it's expensive af, often #1 'most unaffordable' in the US.

1 Bed - $3,632
2 Beds - $5,094

Less than 2% africans, so not much vibrancy either. Try Ohio. But the homeless and tweakers fill in for them, so higher than average crime rate. Stay east, and/or inland!
