Yeah that's uh... not what "evolution" means. What you're referring to is the concept of self-advancing civilization itself which, believe it or not, dates back to the mid to late 18th century. Fast forward 150 years and here we are re-learning that societal improvement comes from stern but flexible socioeconomic castes, subsequent cultures of eugenics, and a firm ethnic in-group preference on the part of the successful races. Three things which haven't been done in White countries since at least the 1960s, or as far back as the 1920s depending on which aspects you want to examine.

Yeah I know thats not what evolution means. Evolution means a change of species over time, which has never been recorded.
