That's a very big IF, that's a hallucination on the part of someone who doesn't realize that business and friendship do not mix,accordingly, money and friendship do not mix...before asking a "friend" for "money" one should decide which is more important, friendship or money.

Love240, I understand that you're "Christian" oriented and that's ok, but it's not reality, a "friendship" approach to business is a soon failed business...I find your comment revealing of someone who had just better stick with personal management rather than venture into the world of big money...FYI...I've been involved in and responsible for efficient completion of "projects" costing nearly 1 Billion $,do you have any idea whatsoever how many times PER DAY that someone, whom is known to you in whatever capacity, is trying to fuck you out of a part or all of that Billion $? No you don't...but if you feel that your god will help you in big business deal provided that you're "nice" and kind to all who want you dead or broke then by all means prove me wrong.
Obviously you wish to ignore my advice, fine, but don't try to discredit what I know through experience...oh yeah, last thing, nothing compromises someone like a hooker or marked cash. This is how the real world works.

@xmasskull ...yes it is a fair question, my answer, I don't like the fact that the only 2 options are "trust and get fucked" or "insure to ensure"...when stakes are high nobody is to be trusted, and that attitude comes from years of experience...in the world of money nothing is sacred, the same goes with relationships, how many times have marriages fallen apart because a "friend" was fucking their close friends husband or wife...true friendship shows in times of trouble, financial or life threatening, anyone blind to that reality has not lived long enough to see the "two" sides of human personality ie the "primary and secondary" instincts. One can type away and pontificate all they want but that doesn't change human nature...power and authority has an effect on the human psyche, what one thinks are primary morals with no deviations ultimately will be tested when suddenly in a
position of possible gain or loss. Call me an asshole forever, I don't care, but prove it to yourself that I'm wrong by partnering with someone in a business venture (whatever it is) where you are putting up the capital...things generally appear on the up and up until one day there's a financial discrepancy or your partner wants out because he/they have secretly started their own business with your customer base.
The average popcorn vendor hasn't much to worry about, try maintaining multi million $ contracts with US Army Corp of Engineers, Canadian National Rail/Union Pacific, PraxAir international, General Electric, Suncor or EXON oil etc etc.
Just a point of interest...I had a 24 million $ project that I was supplying cranes to, buddy from Ohio warned me of the games this company plays...the 1st order of business was setting the project manager up with a hooker, which he went nuts over...9 months later they wouldn't honor their PO#, I went into the PMs office and told him directly that his wife in Detroit will be informed about his sideline slut and that the company will receive written documentation that corporate cheques were issued for my/her services...invoices payed...then there's the episode of a high ranking RCMP officer who was fucking the strippers that were on our side, he was given 2 options, back off or his old lady will see what he's been up to...that cop eventually went down for stealing cocaine from the evidence vault, out of 2 keys stolen he had only Qlb left, what pissed us off was that he didn't lose his job or pension but he did get forced into retirement 3years later.
