All organisms prioritize themselves and their needs, their genetic survival, before other organisms. One strategy to ensure survival is the cooperation with other organisms to ensure group survival. Some organisms have a more advanced sense of genetic longevity and will prioritize the health of their offspring before their needs.

Humans are governed by the same laws of nature, and so they also prioritize their genetic survival before others. Some humans also utilize the strategy of cooperation with others to ensure group survival. Cooperative humans are much more successful over non-cooperative humans, and cooperative humans that also prioritize the health of their offspring before their own needs are the most successful of all.

In our languages we distinguish the mere animals, males and females, from the concept of the persons, men and women. This distinction is our recognition that while we are still biologically animals, we have ascended far above all other organisms in faculty.

This sophistication manifests in the civilization. Civilization is built by men and women, not mere males and females. It is a highly advanced creation entailing social contracts between its members. White Western Civilization is the apotheosis of civilization, and it was built by White men and White women.

And so, the distinction is thus:

Men and women struggle dutifully for the benefit of their race, even at the expense of their personal gain.

Males and females struggle primarily for their own personal gain, even at the expense of the race.

Men and women are the refined forms of human males and females, the creators of civilization. Many who call themselves men or women are in reality males or females respectively, they behave primarily with their personal gain in mind. The willingness to sacrifice for the welfare of the tribe/nation/race is what separates men and women from males and females.
