There were calls for an audit then, but I never heard about one being done. I also remember that there were large amounts deposited by the Russian Czar before he and his family were murdered by the jew Bolsheviks, which had never been returned to Russia.
DOGE needs to axe whatever process results in a "schedule audit" each year.
