President Donald Trump claims his lawyers have told him that the Supreme Court’s ruling on Kilmar Abrego Garcia does not mean he needs to bring back the man accidentally deported to an El Salvador megaprison.
He is 100% right. He is only required to "facilitate the return". The court cannot order the President to do anything related to executive power.
The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America
Article 2, Section 1
Do you actually believe the court can order the head of the executive branch to go into a foreign country and extract a foreign citizen and bring him back to the US for a deportation hearing? How fuckin' dumb are you people?
Obama drone struck a 15 year old American boy. If SCOTUS decided that Obama overstepped his authority, could they have ordered him to bring the kid back from the dead, too?

Clearly, this guy knows more about constitutional law than the DoJ.
