That takedown was beautiful, holy shit. That's not an easy move to pull off. It uses basic physics/leverage concepts- pushing the feet one way and pushing the head the other way will result in a fall.

It only works when you're swift and decisive with it- a moment of hesitation, and it's actually pretty easy to resist.
