I am. It's hilarious and mildly addictive. Such a simple concept made by an indie developer. Of all games released this year, I'm playing this the most.

Never heard of it.

Last game I looked at was Stardew Valley. But just like the Harvest Moon games, I don’t give a shite about the NPCs or story. Just let me farm and make money.

However, my own property is calling me and mulch is on sale.

Based on everything you just said, you may actually enjoy Schedule I (minus the mulching situation). Farming and making money, without having to care AT ALL about the story or NPC details is the game. There are no cut scenes and no DEI horseshit. You can play as fast or as slow as you want, there's no storyline you need to follow, you can be moral and well behaved, or pure evil, or anything in between.
